Legacy Flight Museum

If you live in Rexburg and you haven’t ever been to the Legacy Flight Museum you should take the opportunity to make it over there. They have some well known planes from World War II as well as authentic clothing that would’ve been worn back in the day.

These four images are of a couple of planes and a jeep that are on display at the Legacy Flight Museum. Museums all over the world contact the Legacy Flight Museum and try to convince them to donate or sell them their planes. One reason they won’t ever do that is because once they are sold to a bigger museum they will never fly again. At the Legacy Flight Museum they keep up on regular maintenance of these beautiful planes and take them up in the air often.

Three of these images were taken outside using natural light. Typically their plans are all inside to prevent wear and tare from the weather. To find out more information about the Legacy Flight Museum check out their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Legacy-Flight-Museum-117072895037386/.

  1. Tasha I love these pictures! I think my favorite is the jeep! I love the angle and the lighting. I also like the dark green that you captured on the jeep. You should check out Haley’s 1940’s vehicles at http://www.haleylynn.com/1940s-vintage-vehicles/
